Tuition

Tuition is set according to a sliding scale that takes into consideration family size and gross monthly income.  Our scale also adjusts for the number of children from the same family in our program.

A tuition agreement is signed by parents or caregivers upon admission. Also upon admission, two weeks tuition is due to the Center. Thereafter, tuition is due one week in advance to cover the next week. Your child’s last week in our program will be covered by the initial payment.

Tuition does include holidays, sick time, and vacation time that exceeds one week. Tuition is paid whether a child is absent or present, and is not charged for one week of vacation that you select. Children must be in the program at least six months to be eligible for a no-tuition vacation. Your account must be balance free in order to be eligible for this vacation benefit.

Any increase or decrease in income must be discussed with a Women’s League administrator, so consideration can be given to parents and tuition can be adjusted. We are required to re-determine tuition every six months based upon updated income verification and/or changes in state regulations. Also, we reserve the right to obtain information related to salary and income whenever necessary.

If tuition is not current—paid when due—our program will not be provided the following week unless tuition is paid. We hold the space for one week. Parents must discuss the situation with tuition collection staff to determine whether payment arrangements may be made. If there is no contact, the child will be withdrawn and placed on our wait list.

Childcare assistance (subsidy) applications are available to all. Families are encouraged to apply for Care4Kids to subsidize childcare expenses. You are responsible for tuition until we receive payment verification. At that time, your tuition may need to be revised.

Forms of Payment

Payment options include bank cards, cash, or money orders. Personal checks are not accepted as a form of payment. Please keep copies of all tuition payment receipts. Payment for all child care services are to be paid a week in advance of services provided.

We provide very valuable early childhood educational service at a very affordable cost. Your cooperation is appreciated for payment for your child’s early education at Women’s League.
